KLM Open Early Betting Markets Now Open

The PGA European Tour moves onto The Dutch course as it is known over in Spijk in the Netherlands on the 13th to 16th of September, and that does of course mean that all betting sites now have available their outright betting markets on that event.

The course is not the easiest to negotiate at the best of times, but does attract a very large field of golfers who will be hoping things go their way and they will take home with them the lion’s share of the €1,800,000 prize pool.

However, being as this year’s running of the KLM open is indeed such an open event, the odds on all of the players are very high and as such you are going to be locking in the very best value by placing your bets early, especially at betting sites like Betfred!

In fact, the two current joint favourites to win this year are both on offer at massive odds of 16/1, which does give an indication of just how open it is! For reference those two joint favourites to win this event are Eddie Pepperell and Lee Westwood, both of whom do have the skill and abilities to come out on top!

Other Golfers to Consider Betting On

With the two joint favourites being on offer at such large odds, that does of course mean that the other golfers higher up the betting markets also have an excellent chance of winning and three that are attracting a fair bit of money as this early stage are Ryan Fox, Andy Sullivan and Chris Wood who are all on offer at 25/1.

Not far behind those golfers with ever so slightly higher odds of 28.1 attached to each of them are Mike Lorenzo-Vera, Ross Fisher, Erik Van Rooyen and Andrea Pavan, and I certainly wouldn’t put you off betting on any of them!

Bet Each-Way and Get Paid to Six Places

It will probably be a much more prudent outlook to take on the KLM Open if you choose to place an each-way bet on any golfer or golfers you do fancy the chances of, and with Betfred paying out to six places at a fifth of the outright win odds, that is a type of bet plenty of you out there will be willing to place!

If backing a golfer each-way has sparked something of an interest in you then two standout golfers that are surely worth such a punt are Kiradech Aphibarnrat and George Coetzee, and by backing hem today you are going to secure odds of 30/1 on each of them too!

Two other golfers that are certainly going to be worth a small each-way bet on if you do fancy placing such a bet are Nacho Elvira who you can secure odds of 45/1 on right now,  along with Jordan Smith who does have a good chance of at the very least getting placed in the top six if not actually winning this golf tournament and his odds for reference are currently 50/1!
