Best Odds on the Turkish Airlines Open

We are now just a couple of days away from the start of the Turkish Airlines Open, and whilst that golf tournament is a relatively new one which started back in 2013, it has proven to be yet another hugely popular European Tour and one in which you are always going to find plenty of betting opportunities available to you.

It will not surprise you to learn that the tournament is played in Turkey, however since its launched a few different golf courses have been used to host the tournament, including the Montgomerie Maxx Royal in the first few years and then later at the Carya Golf Club in 2016.

This years Turkish Airlines Open is going to be starting on November the 1st 2018 and will be live and in play right through until November the 4th 2018, and the golf course at which you will see all the action being broadcast from on some TV sports channels is the Regnum Carya Golf and Spa Resort.

As for the prize purse that sponsors of this event have made available, it is huge and worth some €6,168,085, but you can of course have a chance of winning big by betting on any of the golfers to win this event or even back them each-way.

By doing the latter at BetFred whose odds I will be quoting throughout this guide you get one fifth of the win odds and they are paying out to six places too!

Top Two Golfers in the Turkish Airlines Open Betting Markets

It isn’t going to be too much of a surprise when I reveal to you the name of the first two golfers that are listed as the first and second favourites over at the BetFred betting site!

Those golfers are Justin Rose who if you do back nice and early if you do fancy his chances you will be able to secure odds of 9/2 on him winning, and the current second favourite on the future betting markets is Tommy Fleetwood at 15/2.

Other Golfers Worth Backing Each-Way

It does appear that if you look further down the futures betting market at BetFred at some of the other golfers, their odds are going to just in value quite noticeably, take for example the third favourite that being Thorbjorn Olesen his win odds on the event are massive, for a third favourite, at 14/1!

Therefore, that does mean that you could for example choose to place an each-way bet at BetFred on any of those other golfers and still get a fair sized winning pay-out if your chosen golfer doesn’t win but does get placed in the top six positions of this tournament once it ends.

Those golfers that are certainly going to attract a few punters to back them each-way due to the odd son offer at BetFred include Shane Lowry at 20/1 along with the likes of Kiradech Aphibarnrat and Hao-Tong Li who can both be backed at odds of 22/1 and also do consider backing Thomas Pieters or Lucas Bjerregaard at 28/1!
